The Montfort Brothers of St.Gabriel  is an international organisation working in over 32 countries in the world. They are mainly engaged in the educational field. Montfort School is a branch of the Brothers of St.Gabriel Educational Society which has its headquarters at Pune, India.

Montfort School Nalgonda was established in the year 2015-16 under the banner of Montfort Brothers of St.Gabriel Educational Society with the Motto ‘Soar to Excel’. Rev. Bro. Vincent Reddy was the Founder Principal who held the reign of administration along with Rev. Bro. Lourdu Raj. Montfort School is a co- educational institution which started its journey by admitting a strength of 262 students on its roll with classes from Nursery to class II. Ten qualified teachers were appointed .

Rev. Bro. Lourdu Raj was the Principal and Rev. Bro. Arun Prakash was the correspondent from the year 2016-2019. During this period the Strength of the school shot up to 826 students and staff strength increased to 33. Rev. Bro. George Joseph took over the correspondent-ship in the year 2019 and Rev. Bro. Bakthinathan as the Principal from 2019 to 2021. After Rev.Bro.Bakthinathan, Rev.Bro.Joseph B. took the charge as a Principal and Rev.Bro.Vincent Mendonza as the Correspondent. During this period the school has reached up to X standard and the strength has increased to 1085 students with 51 staff members.

For the academic year 2022-23 & 2023-24, Rev. Bro. Hruday Kumar has taken on the role of correspondent, and Rev. Bro. Bala Inna as Principal since June 2022. The theme for the year 2023-24 is “RISE, SHINE & SUCCEED,” and the strength has increased to 1347 students with 56 staff members.as the school continues to uphold its motto “Soar to Excel” in both words and deeds. Montfort School is dedicated to expanding its horizons and achieving excellence.
